2. If you have the right expertise, we will quickly invite you for a meeting with an Xchangeteam Agent to discuss your needs in more detail and agree a resourcing plan for you.
3. You keep Xchangeteam informed of any changes to your circumstances.
4. We approach you with roles to check your interest and suitability.
5. We never send your CV anywhere without permission.
6. We brief you fully before interview and expect you to keep to agreed dates and times.
7. You prepare suitably for any interviews.
8. After interview we provide constructive feedback from the client and will want you to do the same.
9. At placement stage we will negotiate salary and contract terms on your behalf
