Interxchange the new service from Xchangeteam

Xchangeteam has launched a brand new service called InterXchange, that aims to provide relevant freelance employment opportunities to skilled, English-speaking, PR, communications, events, design and advertising consultants with no previous UK experience.

The scheme is essentially a two-week paid placement at a relevant agency, corporate, charity or public sector organisation. Consultants will earn £50 a day for two weeks, giving them an opportunity to demonstrate their value and earn themselves an extended assignment at the ‘market rate’.

UK businesses increasingly turn to freelance consultants

A joint research study carried out by Leeds Business School and people resourcing company Xchangeteam has revealed that more and more businesses are turning to senior freelance consultants for help.
